- An Open Finish may be danced at any time instead of a Closed Finish and the technique of the last 2 steps will be:-
- AMOUNT OF TURN: Slightly less turn to L will be made on a figure where changing a Closed to an Open Finish. The LF or RF although normal turn will be made when following with a curve or turn to L. e.g. Walk on LF or Outside Swivel when following. (See also Promenade Figures and Promenade Figure 1.)
- Other Alignments and Directions may be used.
- FOLLOWS: Follow by moving forward & to side. When stepping forward on an Open Finish, step 1 will not be taken in CBMP.
- Forward A: Progressive Link Step — Progressive Link. When ended DC — any Reverse Turn.
- L: Four Step — Reverse Outside Swivel — Four Step Change — Brush Tap.
- F: Fallaway Four Step — Oversway — Fallaway Reverse and Slip Pivot — Five Steps.
